When you’re trying to choose between service professionals, sometimes knowing which organizations they’re members of can be a signal of quality.  For instance, knowing that a business belongs to the Better Business Bureau indicates they’re probably committed to customer service and maintaining a sterling reputation.  Other professional  organizations, such as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), may require certain training  before they’ll grant membership.
